We wanted to make sure that we booked not only a talented photographer, but one who would be just as excited as we were on our wedding day to capture the moments and tell our love story. She is so wonderful to work with! Carolyn is not dominant or bossy but instead patient, genuine, and fun to be around. She automatically made everyone feel like we are all best friends. Carolyn has a special skill to pose her clients without making us look like we are posing. She made us goofballs look like we actually know how to take a photo. All of our pictures look very natural and capture our personalities perfectly! 
On the wedding day, Carolyn was early and never stopped shooting. I never saw her set down her camera all day and I felt like every special moment was documented beautifully. Even the spontaneous moments that weren't planned! She also worked in some unplanned creative posed photos at the end of the evening that ended up being some of our favorite photos of the day. Carolyn really has a special talent to catch the most creative and artistic shots. It never felt like she was bugging us and she made sure to let my husband and I enjoy every moment of our wedding day. She never added to the stress of the day... in fact she has such a happy and laid-back attitude that she helped calm our nerves! 
The wedding price that is advertised is for the full day with no time limits. I found her to be very reasonably priced for such a talented photographer! She brought a 2nd photographer with her that was just as enjoyable and professional to work with. She ended up including way more photos than promised that were hand edited perfectly. You couldn't find a flaw if you tried! And she got them back to us in a very reasonable amount of time. Carolyn really went above and beyond to make our day perfect! She comes highly recommended by us! THANK YOU!"

"Carolyn recently photographed the birth of my daughter and then did a family shoot a few days after. I'm not sure this review will be able to fairly convey just how "satisfied" I was with the experience! On the day of the birth, Carolyn showed up at the hospital bright and early, ready to work. She even brought my husband coffee, knowing we hadn't slept much the night before. She spent several hours with us at the hospital, capturing every single beautiful moment of our daughter entering the world. Carolyn was so professional, never "in the way" of all the business going on in the room, personable, and tasteful in her work. That day is documented so beautifully. She captured so many emotions and I cry every time I look at the photographs. A few days later Carolyn took newborn and family pictures for us. I handed her the baby and Carolyn went to work, ever-so-gently positioning my little one into the sweetest positions and taking the shots. I felt completely comfortable through the entire shoot, relaxing in a chair with a cold beverage, just as Carolyn requested. Being a mother herself, Carolyn was warm, gentle and I trusted her completely. We now have beautiful photographs of our four day old baby girl. We love them and get compliments on them constantly.
